IncontiLase® - Stress Urinary Incontinence
IncontiLase is a non-invasive Er:YAG laser treatment for mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence. The treatment is based on non-ablative photothermal stimulation of collagen, promoting the shrinkage and tightening of the vaginal mucosa tissue as well as the collagen-rich endopelvic fascia, providing enhanced bladder support.
Using Fotona's non-ablative Er:YAG laser with a 2940nm wavelength and "Smooth-mode" technology, the treatment focuses on:
1. Collagen Remodelling: Stimulates the production of new collagen fibres and the reorganization of existing ones, improving the elasticity and firmness of vaginal tissue.
2. Vaginal Tone: Tightening of the mucosal tissue and endopelvic fascia provides bladder support, contributing to normal urinary continence function.

IntimaLase® - Vaginal Relaxation Syndrome
IntimaLase is an exclusive Er:YAG laser treatment for the non-invasive tightening of the vaginal canal. It is indicated for vaginal relaxation syndrome, a condition often resulting from excessive stretching of the vaginal canal during childbirth or due to natural ageing.
The procedure is minimally invasive, avoiding the complications associated with traditionally invasive methods. Typically, two sessions are required, with an immediate return to normal daily activities.

It is based on the photothermal treatment of the vaginal canal, promoting increased epithelial thickness and vascularisation, thereby reducing symptoms such as dryness and discomfort.

It is recommended to undergo 2 to 4 treatments, with an interval of 4 to 6 weeks between them.
